Who I Am

I’m Vidit, a real estate private equity partner and the founder of Zero Flux. Over the last decade, I’ve been deeply involved in buying, operating, and growing real estate across multiple markets in the United States. My work spans everything from sourcing and flipping properties, to managing long-term portfolios, to building in-house systems that give my team and investors an edge.

Why I Built Zero Flux

I didn’t wake up one day and say “I want to run a real estate newsletter.” I used to be deep in the startup world, chasing growth charts and building teams that moved fast. After that I spent years at McKinsey, helping big companies solve problems with more spreadsheets than any human should ever have to look at. It was good training, but also a crash course in how little most people actually understand risk, markets, and timing.

Real estate is slow to move, but the opportunities are hidden in the details. Most investors are either overwhelmed by noise or blindsided by market shifts. I started Zero Flux to cut through the clutter and share what actually matters. Every insight I publish is grounded in data, experience, and hands-on investing - not theory.

Zero Flux began as my own personal system to track trends and de-risk deals. Today, it’s a daily newsletter and blog read by thousands of investors, brokers, and operators who want sharper decisions and better returns.
